This membership includes everything offered in the Essential Navigator Membership, plus two personalized 60-minute consultations each month, giving you more opportunities to ask questions, review new developments, prepare for important medical appointments, navigate Medicare and insurance concerns, coordinate care, and adjust your healthcare plan as your loved one's needs change. Whether you're managing multiple specialists, recovering from a hospitalization, supporting a loved one with a chronic or progressive illness, or coordinating care between family members, you'll have ongoing access to expert guidance tailored to your family's unique situation. Following each consultation, you'll receive personalized recommendations and actionable next steps to help you stay organized, reduce stress, and make informed healthcare decisions with confidence. Because I already know your family's story, we can focus less on catching up and more on solving problems and planning ahead. The Family Navigator Membership provides the reassurance of knowing you have a trusted Registered Nurse and healthcare navigator by your side—helping you navigate challenges, advocate for your loved one, and confidently face whatever comes next.
